Start your day with a cup of coffee on the pool deck – watching for passing dolphins or manatees and leaping mullet fish. Possibly, grab the fishing tackle from the condo’s storage closet, cast a line, and see what’s biting that day! Once everyone in the house stirs, head back indoors for a hearty breakfast, easily prepared in the fully equipped galley kitchen.

Spend the day on the water, fishing Florida’s best waters, which include Matlacha Pass, Boca Grande Pass, and Pine Island Sound. Sunbathe on the shores of one of the gorgeous barrier islands or kayak through mangroves before returning to your home-away-from-home.

There are 2 kayaks provided, each includes a rod holder and integrated rear wheels for easy transport, each accommodates 1 adult and a 1 smaller adult/child!

Unwind by the waterfront pool – eventually, going for a swim as the sun begins to set in the distance. Enjoy a sunset dinner in the expansive lanai that features an expandable patio table that easily seats at least 8 guests.

Afterward, make yourself comfortable in the light and airy living room, featuring plush furnishings, tasteful decor, and a flat-screen Smart TV. Open up the 12-foot glass patio doors to let the Southwest Florida breeze flow through the room!

Complete the day with a glass of wine on one of the home’s 2 balconies. You might even walk over to one of the local pubs for a cold brew! A hot shower and peaceful night’s sleep will be waiting for you in the master bedroom, which also features a large screened balcony with 12-foot sliding glass doors, along with a flat-screen Smart TV, closet, dresser, and a private en-suite bathroom. Additional guests will also find sound sleep in the second bedroom, with 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, plus a private balcony, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen Smart TV, and more.
