Loved the condo, the setting, and the area. Plenty things to do in the local area.Spent Christmas holiday there and was able to enjoy luminaires placed on the streets Christmas eve, I believe over 2000 luminaires. Owners were excellent on making sure we had anything we needed. They were Great!

This was first class all the way. Ron and Barbara took excellent care of us and Matlacha is a sweet little town. Caught eating size snapper right off the dock. Easy to get to grocery stores and the like and Matlacha has shops and food and bars and...perfect. The condo is clean, well furnished and well, it was the nicest we've rented and we have rented many over the years. Don't hesitate to rent from them. It was PERFECT!

This was a perfect rental. If you don't know Matlacha, you need to. Great little shops and bars and restaurants, all withing a short walk. More dining options on Pine Island with a quick drive.

The rental property is unreal. Clean, Comfortable. Great sunsets. Caught a bunch of fish right off the dock. Juvenile redfish and snook. 4 keeper mangrove snapper and many smaller ones.

Kayak around right in front of he condo. Very friendly neighbors. We will be back and you'd be nuts not to rent this one. We do this a lot and this one is top notch. Easily the best we've ever done and we've been around.
